Doctoral candidate Florencia Pech Cardenas (Advisors: Mike Dockry and Kristen Nelson) has been awarded a Phipps Conservatory and Botanical Gardens Botany in Action Fellowship. As part of her fellowship, Florencia will receive a monetary award, and will travel to the Phipps Conservatory and Botanical Gardens in Pittsburgh, PA to participate in their Engagement Week activities.
