Tyler Gifford received 1st place for the Best Student Presentation Award at the 2021 Society of American Foresters National Convention in November 2021. Tyler's presentation was titled "Comprehensive review and evaluation of whole stand volume yield models for the aspen forest type in Minnesota." Tyler recently completed an MS degree in the NRSM program and is currently a PhD candidate under the advisement of Dr. John Zobel. Congratulations Tyler!
